After a recent hail storm I had my roof inspected by two local companies and one that was going door-to-door from out of town. All three companies stated my roof had hail damage. During that time I saw a presentation by Shanin from Peak 2 Peak. I was very impressed by his knowledge during the presentation. I called Shanin to have him look at my roof. He promptly responded. After inspecting my roof, he said I didn't have hail damage but did have one spot on the roof that seemed dipped in a bit. He said he would come back in a month to check on the roof again. One month later he rechecked the roof and determined that I actually didn't have a dipped spot, but rather two nails were sticking up causing it to appear dipped in. He pounded the nails back in an caulked it at no charge. Shanin is knowledgeable, honest, professional, generous and prompt in responding. I will be using Peak 2 Peak for any future roofing needs I might have.
